If you are having trouble with a home computer system and require advice, support or a home visit, then please contact us on the form provided and give us a brief explanation of the problem, your contact details and the best time to phone you. We monitor our emails at all times and will call you back as soon as we can. Sometimes during busy periods this can take up to an hour but please be patient. If the situation is an emergency please state this at the top of your message. Priority is given to these situations but we ask you not to abuse this system.

Our call-out charges are:
£48 for the first hour on site
£35 for students and over 60s (an ID card may be requested)

We will always try and give you an immediate quote and we aim to stick to this quote. If anything should change to affect the cost of your final bill you will be notified immediately.
For more troublesome systems, those requiring parts or work that will take several hours, we may have to take the PC away. This is to save you money; in our repair centre one technician can work on many problems at the same time and this means you will be charged a repair cost instead of an hourly rate.

Our technicians will always show you an ID card and provide a receipt for any money or equipment being taken. The reference number at the top of the receipt can be used to track the progress of your repair at any time.
